Make a poor man's Dutch oven by spraying another loaf pan with nonstick spray and inverting over the top - clipping ends with stationary clips. Allow to proof like this for 30 minutes.The last 10 minutes of your proofing time, heat your toaster oven to 400 degrees. After proofing time is up and your toaster oven in preheated, place your poor man Dutch oven into the toaster oven to bake for 40 minutes. After baking 40 minutes, remove the top of the Dutch oven and bake with the lid off for an additional 8-12 minutes depending on the browning you desire. Remove from oven, remove from pan and allow to set until completely cooled. Slice cooled bread into 12 slices.
