Add ingredients other than flour. Put in half of flour, mix and let set for 5 min to get teh gluten going. Mix in the rest of your flour and mix for about 5 min. (This is best done in a Bosch with bread hooks)Let rise in bowl for 1 hour. Separte into 3 equal pieces and roll out. Braid pieces together and let rise on a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam for 1 hour.
