1 tbsp Butter, salted
0.03 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour

3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded


How Do I Make Baked Macaroni and Cheese?

Here is how you make Baked Macaroni and Cheese:

Boil water, add 2.5 c dried macaroni, cook for half of the cooking time. Drain and put in a 2 quart baking dish. Shred all of the cheese. Add butter and flour to a 2 or 3 quart saucepan, stir until mixed and starting to brown. Add 2 c Milk. Over LOW HEAT, gradually add the shredded cheese, stirring continually with a whisk, until fully melted in. Do not let the milk boil. Pour over the macaroni.
