Here is how you make Wide Mushroom Pasta:

Boil pasta and set aside. Melt butter in a large heavy skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper. Allow ingredients to saute for 5-6 minutes until mushrooms begin to brown. Remove skillet from heat and add brandy to de-glaze the pan. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
