Here is how you make Pork Red Chile:

1. Lightly spray bottom of pot with cooking spray and add pork. Brown pork until almost cooked.2. Add onion and cook with pork until onion is translucent and starting to soften. Add garlic and cook just until garlic is fragrant. DO NOT BURN GARLIC. 3. While onions are cooking, combine chile pods or powder and water in a blender. Blend until mixed and smooth. 4. Add flour to pork mixture and stir until all pork is coated in flour. Add any remaining water and chile mixture.5. Add salt and bring to a boil. Simmer on stove until ready to serve.
