Here is how you make Vegetarian Rice Pilaf:

Heat oil in large saucepan until hot. Saute onion and carrot in oil for 2 minutes. Add rice and stir to coat rice with oil. Add wine to pan and bring to boil for 1 minute. Add peas, vegetable broth, and garlic salt. Bring to boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
