Add boullion and couscous.Cook 5 to 10 minutes then remove from heat and cover with a tight fitting lid.Meanwhile:Heat a large skillet over medium flame and add water.Wet-sautee mushrooms, zucchini, and summer squash until softened.This should take about 10 to 15 minutes.When nearly all of the water has evaporated, add curry powder.Stir well.
