I got this recipe from a korean cookbook. This is usually eaten as a side dish, but as in all food, you can eat this as a meal. I hope you all enjoy! What Are The Ingredients For Korean soybean paste tofu Recipe?The ingredients for Korean soybean paste tofu are: 1. Tofu- 1/2 a package, firm2. Kosher salt or sea salt- 0.3 tsp 3. Cooking oil- 1 tbsp ( i use olive oil for most of my cooking, so that is what i used in this dish) 4. Korean soybean paste- 1 tbsp ( i believe if you cannot find the korean soybean paste, you can also substitute it with miso paste) 5. Egg, large- 1 6. garlic clove- 1 chopped 7. sugar- 0.4 tsp * these are ingredients that you can put in, but i did not have them so i did not. It still tasted great without these ingredients but here they are: 1. dry onion flakes- a dash 2. cooking wine- 2 tbsp How Do I Make Korean soybean paste tofu?Here is how you make Korean soybean paste tofu: 1. In a mixing bowl, place the soybean paste, egg, garlic, sugar, and mix it well. 2. Take your tofu out of the package and give it a quick rinse under cold water and soak the water up with a paper towel.3. On a cutting board, slice the tofu in half and place one half of it away for storage. You can then slice your tofu on your cutting board to 6 pieces. 4. Add your salt to the tofu, and if you still have excess water on the tofu, you can get another paper towel to remove it.5. In a heated frying pan of medium heat, add the oil, you can add your tofu after the oil is heated. 6. After about a min or two, you can flip your tofu to cook on the other side. 7.
