I grease my casserole dish. Cut the regular tomatoes into fourths. Leave the cherry or grape tomatoes whole. I put the broth, chili garlic sauce, onions, salt, pepper and garlic in the bottom of the dish and stir them all together. Then I add the tomatoes and stir again. Then I add the okra and stir again. I cover with foil and pop in the oven for hour or more depending how soft I want my okra. I check at the hour mark to see how soft it is. I freeze my left overs in single serving sizes and so I like my okra semi firm so when I dehaw it doesn't fall apart. When you dethaw it, it separates a little and looks strange but once reheated it looks great and still has a nice texture.
