Cook the broccoli and cauliflower. Slice and cube the bread. Melt the butter and pour that over the bread cubes. Mix the soups and milk in separate bowl.In a 9x13 pan put the cooked vegetables in the pan. Pour the soup mixture over the top of the vegetables.
