How Do I Make Easy Vegetable Medley?

Here is how you make Easy Vegetable Medley:

Peel and cut the eggplant into approx. 3 inch strips. Peel and slice the zucchini about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick (after slicing I like to cut each slice into quarters). Put zucchini and eggpant into a pot or skillet for approx. 5 minutes. Add entire can of tomatoes and cook covered for about 20 mins. or until the vegetables are soft.
