Here is how you make Raw Apple Muffin:

Preheat oven to325 degrees.In small bowl mix apple and sugar; set aside.Put egg white, oil and vanilla in second bowl and blend.Add apple and sugar to egg mixture and blend well.Mix together dry ingredients and sprinkle over egg and apple mixture; mix well (may want to use your hands as this is a thick batter). Fold in walnuts and raisins.Spoon into prepared muffin tins (paper liners are not reccommeded).
