Here is how you make Apple Walnut Pancakes:

In a large mixing bowl combine 1.5 cups flour, 1/3 cup sugar, 1/2 cup quick oats, 1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts, and 1/2 tablespoon baking powder. Mix well to incorporate the baking powder through the entire mixture.In a separate bowl, combine apple sauce, egg substitute and skim milk. Stir well and add all at once to the dry mixture. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients until all moistened. Do not over mix.Spray non-stick cooking spray onto a skillet and turn to medium high. Scoop mixture onto pre-heated (medium-high) griddle. Cook pancakes til the top is full of bubbles and the bottom side is lightly browned. Flip or turn the pancakes and cook the other side til browned.
