Preheat over to 375F. Whisk together the egg, olive oil, and water in a small bowl.In a large bowl, combine almond flour, Parmesan cheese, baking powder, stevia, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Stir to blend. Add the wet ingredients and stir to form a sticky dough.Coat a half sheet baking pan with olive oil spray. Smooth the dough onto the prepared sheet with a spatula (16x8 rectangle). Bake for 20 - 25 minutes until golden and crisp around the edges. Allow toast to cool, about 20 minutes.Meanwhile, place avocados in a large bowl with lemon juice and seasoned salt. Mash well.
