1/4 cup Fat Free Sour Cream
1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 tsp Black Pepper
2 tsp Garlic Salt
1 tbsp Parsley, dried


How Do I Make Loaded Cauliflower Bake?

Here is how you make Loaded Cauliflower Bake:

1. Preheat oven to 350 F.2. In a large pot, steam cauliflower until tender. Turn off the heat.3. DO NOT SKIP! Drain the cauliflower and add back to the hot pot. There will still be residual heat on the pot and that heat will help dry the excess moisture from the cauliflower. Let stand a few minutes.4. Mash the cauliflower roughly and/or blend until it is at the consistency you prefer.5. Add the cream cheese to the cauliflower and stir until completely combined. 6. Add the sour cream, 2/3 of the green onions, 2/3 of the bacon, 1/2 cup extra sharp cheddar and the seasonings. Mix until completely combined. 7. Add the mashed cauliflower to an oven safe pan. Top with remaining bacon, green onions, and cheddar cheese.6. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, until it is hot and bubbly.
