Here is how you make Baked Blueberry French Toast:

Spray a 9" square baking pan with cooking spray. Cut bread into 9 equal pieces. Arrange bread in the dish. In bowl mix egg whites until frothy. Whick in milk, nutmeg, vanilla and 2 TBSP brown sugar. Pour over bread coating each peice of bread well. Cover and refrigerate overnight...or at least 8 hours. Preheat to 400 degrees. Drop blueberries over bread slices evenly. Mix together oil and remaining 2 TBSP brown sugar. Sprinkle evenly over berries. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes...until liquid from blueberries is bubbling.Serving Size:?9 servings
