1.5 cups milk
2 tbsp margarine
1/2 cup farina/cream of wheat
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp each oregano and basil
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup egg substitute


How Do I Make Baked Gnocchi?

Here is how you make Baked Gnocchi:

Bring 1.5 cup milk and margarine to a boil. Mix 3/4 cup milk, farina, salt, oregano, and basil. Add this mixture slowly to the boiling milk, stirring constantly. Cook, still stirring constantly, about 5 minutes, until thick. Add slowly to eggs, then pour into a greased glass casserole pan. Chill at least one hour, until firm set.
