2 1/2 Tbsp. Butter, light

6 Tbsp. Real Bacon Pieces

Here is how you make Mom's Twice Baked Potatoes:

Wash potatoes and place on baking sheet. Poke holes in skin with forks. Bake potatoes in oven for 60 minutes at 350 Degrees.Once potatoes are done, cut each one in half, and scoop out potato insides (into bowl). Add sour cream and butter (not all at once, add slowly) and mix until potatoes reach mashed consistency. Add salt & pepper if desired.Add Cheddar cheese and Bacon pieces (Save a little for topping). Mix once more to distribute throughly. Take potato shells and fill with mashed mixture. Sprinkle cheese, bacon and chives on top, place back on baking sheet.You should now have 8 potatoes instead on 4. Bake at 350 degrees once more, anywhere from 20 minutes to 60 minutes (keeping a close eye!)
