Here is how you make Skinnier Twice Baked Potatoes:

Preheat oven to 400.Cut baked potatos in half lengthwise. Scoop out insides leaving aprox 1/8 inch shell. Place insides in a bowl and add sour cream, 1/4 cup of the cheese, green onions and milk. Stir until well-blended.Stuff potato skins with mixture until slightly rounded and place in foil-lined or greased baking pan.
