Place the squash fleshy side up and drizzle with the olive oil. Make a small pool of oil in the well of the squash. Drop the chunks of garlic into the pools and make sure they're coated well. Sprinkle the whole thing with salt and pepper to taste.Put in a 350? oven for 30-45 minutes, until cooked to your liking. Scoop the squash out of it's skin and mash with the garlic.
