Preheat oven to 350 F1. Place dried cherries in a small bowl. Cover with boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Drain water and set cherries aside.2. Meanwhile, mash the bananas in a large bowl. Add eggs, one at a time, beat well after each addition. Add the sugars and mix well.3. In a smaller bowl, whisk together flour, salt and baking soda. 4. Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients, in 3-4 batches, mixing well after each addition. Fold in cherries and blueberries.5. Pour mixture into a loaf pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour, adding 5 minute increments, if necessary.Makes 12 servings, 1 slice each.
