1 c bran (I use oat bran)
4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 c pecans, chopped
1 c raisins

I put in 12 large muffin cups that have been sprayed with Pam and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes
