Here is how you make Chunky Banana Bran Muffins:

Preheat oven to 400. In a small mixing bowl, stir together sugar, Bisquick, and salt. Set aside.In a large mixing bowl, combine All Bran Cereal and milk. Let stand for 2 minutes or until cereal softens. Add eggs, bananas, and applesauce. Beat well. Add flour mixture to bran mixture a little at a time. Stirring only until combined. Portion evenly into twelve 2 1/2-inch muffin-pan coated with cooking spray.Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm. Yeilds 24 muffins.
