How Do I Make Gluten-Free Banana Muffins?

Here is how you make Gluten-Free Banana Muffins:

This makes enough batter for about 14 muffins (I usually discard 2 muffins worth of batter).Cream the butter and sugar together. Add the eggs. Mix in the dry ingrediants, and then fold in the bananas. Spoon into lined or floured muffin tins, filling each muffin cup almost all the way full. Sprinkle on hazelnut meal or other nuts if you like.Bake at 350 F for about 25 minutes.
