Measure out 1/4 cup whole dried garbanzo beans. Put in a coffee grinder (if you don't hae one they are pretty cheap and you can grind beans and nuts in them!) and grind for a minute or so until beans turn into a flour. Mix all ingredients (except for olive oil) in a small bowl. Mixture should be fairly thin. You may have to adjust the amount of water. Heat saute pan on medium for a few minutes, add about a tsp of olive oil in pan.
