Preheat oven to 400'F1) Sift the flour, baking powder, salt, and buttermilk powder together. 2) Cut the lard into the flour mix, to form a crumbly mix, the size of peas. 3) Mix in the milk. Mix just until it all holds together. 4) Place on a lightly floured surface, and roll out into a rough square. Cut into 12 biscuits. 5) Place onto a well greased baking sheet, and bake for about 18 minutes, or until done.
