Preheat oven to 450*. Measure the flour into a mixing bowl. Stir in the oil. Slowly add the milk, stirring, until well moistened. Do not overmix. If dough is too wet add a little more flour.Turn dough out onto a floured surface. Roll out to uniform thickness of 1/2 inch. Cut with floured 2 inch cutter and transfer to a sprayed baking pan. Arrange so that each biscuit is touching the next one. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until done. If desired, brush tops with melted butter upon taking out of the oven.Fast and easy: Mix as directed, scoop out with 1/4 cup measure (scant). and plop in sprayed baking pan. Bake as directed.
