3 scant tsp baking pwd (non aluminum)
1 tsp cream of tarter
1 1/2 tsp natural sugar (turbanado or sucunat)
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp olive oil
3/4 c milk
1 tsp lemon juice

Here is how you make Olive Oil Biscuits:

Put lemon juice in the milk to make it sour and set aside. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and sprinkle olive oil in. Mix with a fork until crumbly texture. Add sour milk and stir with the fork turning ALL of the flour mixture in, with a slow stir. Turn onto a flat baking pan or cookie sheet that has been lightly sprayed with an oil spray or put 1/2 tsp olive oil on the pan and smear with your hands, take your oiled hands and pat the mixture into a circle in the middle of the pan. Cut the biscuit mix into thirds and then cut the thirds into fourths making a square biscuit about 2" in size. Bake in a moderately hot oven, 375 until golden brown, about 12-15 minutes.
