2/3 C skim milk
2/3 C Plain low fat yogurt (I use Greek)

Here is how you make Parsley Biscuits:

Preheat oven to 400Combine flour, baking powder and salt in bowl, cut in butter with a pastry blender until it resembles coarse meal. In a small bowl combine milk, yogurt and parsley.....add to dry ingredients and blend just until moist.Turn dough out onto floured surface, knead 3 times. Pat dough into 3/4 in thickness, cut with a 2" biscuit cutter. Reroll dough and repeat. Place biscuits on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray, brush with milk.
