In mixing bowl, use sifter to sift in flour, salt, sugar, baking soda, and baking powder. Use a pastry cutter or fork to cut in crisco shortening till crumbly. Add yeast/water, and buttermilk and mix till doughy, not too long or it will get tough. Using plenty of flour on cupboard or flat surface, knead dough just a few times. Roll out to about 1/2" thick. Cut with medium sized biscuit cutter to make 15 biscuits. Set on cookie pan about 1/2" apart. Let rise 15 min. Preheat oven to 400. Bake about 12-15 min on the middle rack of oven.
