Here is how you make Breakfast Quichettes:

Steam spinach according to package instructions and squeeze water out as dry as possible. Mix eggs in medium bowl. Add spinach to eggs and cut as small as possible. I use two sharp knives. Add in all other ingredients and mix well. Use foil baking cups, spray them with oil. Divide mixture evenly into the 12 cups. (A muffin pan is NOT required. The foil cups on a cookie sheets is fine.)
