Here is how you make Can-Am Breakfast Sandwich:

Lightly toast the english muffin, poach the egg - I used a small frying pan with a canning ring to form the egg filled to 1/2 inch deep with water. Once the egg is poached, I drained the water & turned the heat off. I left the egg inside the frying pan to drain off the water & I added the canadian bacon & cheese on the egg to allow the cheese to melt & began asembly. place 2 tomato slices on the bottom of the muffin, topped with the bacon, then the egg with the cheese on top. place the lettuce on the melted cheese & put the top of the muffin in place.Serving Size: makes 1 breakfast sandwichNumber of Servings: 1Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user AUNTIEA1959.
