Here is how you make Breakfast Souffle:

Cook the bacon, set aside on paper towels to drain. Meanwhile, cook onions in olive oil until slightly translucent, then add grated red potato and cook until soft. Remove potatoes from pan, add a little more olive oil, and cook greens until wilted.In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, milk and cheese. Add bacon, greens, and potatoes.
