Here is how you make Brussels Sprouts with Browned Butter and Sage:

Add brussels sprouts to boiling water and boil for approx 5 minutes until bright green. Meanwhile, melt butter in a large sauce pan over medium heat until the butter is foamy and nutty brown. This will burn off about a half tbsp of butter. When butter is browned, add drained sprouts to saucepan and cook for 5 minutes. Add sage, salt, and pepper, stir sprouts to coat evenly.
