2 Tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
Sea salt (or kosher salt) to taste

Serving Size:?3 1.5 servingsheat pan over medium heat. Add the olive oil, the panchetta pieces, and the whole garlic cloves. Cook until the meat is browned and crisp, and with a slotted spoon remove the panchetta and garlic to a paper towel lined plate. Dont burn the garlic!Add the chicken broth to the pot.
