1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. poppy seed

Peel and cube kohlrabi. Wash and cube cucumber and carrots. Measure 8 ounces of each. In small batches, run veggies in Ninja or other food processor. I used 10 quick pulses in my Ninja food prep jar. Put veggies in large bowl while making dressing in the same Ninja prep bowl. (No extra dishes to wash!) Combine all dressing ingredients and process until well blended, about 15 seconds.
