Preheat Over to 375 F and coat baking dish with cooking spray or oil.IN a large bowl, mix together oats, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, half walnuts, half berries, half chocolate. ( save the other half for the top of oatmeal)In another large bowl, whisk together milk, egg, butter and vanilla (i just used vanilla almond milk).Add thr oat mix to the baking dish, arrange remaining toppings (berries, walnuts and choc pieces) to top. Add banana slices to top and pour milky mixture over everything. Gently shake the baking dish so let the mixture go throughout.Bake 35-40 minutes or until top is golden brown.
