Cut all vegetables. Place in roasting pan, add olive oil and marjorum, mix. Cover tightly w/ aluminum foil and bake at 375 for 50 minutes. Take out, stir, add salt and pepper to taste, put back in oven for 25 to 50 minutes - until vegetables are soft, but not burnt. Put roasted vegetables in food processor with chicken broth.
