Spray 8 x 10 inch pan or equivalent with cooking spray.Wilt fresh spinach in a little water and a tightly covered bowl in microwave for 3-5 minutes or in boiling water on stove top. Drain and squeeze out excess liquid. If using frozen, thaw and squeeze out excess liquid.In a large bowl beat eggs; stir in spinach, cottage cheese, Cheddar cheese, garlic and 1/2 the butter. Season to taste with S & P.Pour into prepared pan and spread to evenly distribute.
