Here is how you make Cauliflower Maranca:

Prepare rice-a-roni per package directions and set aside. Saute chopped onion, mushrooms, lemon juice and butter in large skillet. Transfer to bowl, leaving remaining drippings in pan. Add floreted cauliflower, minced garlic, basil and salt and pepper to taste to pan of drippings and saute.
