Preheat oven 400?. Grease pan well or line with silpat or parchment. I bake bacon on foil. I just drain the excess grease & use that. Cut butter into very small cubes. In another bowl mix dry ingredients. Add butter cubes. Work with your fingers to cut in or use a fork etc. Add eggs and stir. Not folded in, but handled gently. Drop by spoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet, or pan. I make 3 small ones and 3 large double ones. Bake @ 400? for 12-15 minutes. They will be golden and firm on the outside but lighter in the middle. I make the 3 small to have for breakfast. The 3 large ones are used as a hamburger buns later. They keep well wrapped in foil for a couple of days. Serving Size: 1 small biscuit. Count as 2-3 as a serving for biscuits & gravy.
