Drain, and put in casserole dish.Melt butter in a sauce pan over low heat.Whisk in flour until smooth.Add milk and continue to whisk.Raise temp to med heat. until it starts to bubble.Add salt & cheese.Stir until melted.Take a little of the cheese mixture and add it to the beaten egg in a bowl.
