1.5 Tbsps. whole wheat flour

3/4 cup of fat free milk
1/4 lb. or 6 slices of fat free American cheese
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/2 tbsp of butter
dash of paprika

Here is how you make Homemade Mac and Cheese:

Cook and drain pasta. Meanwhile, melt butter over low heat in a pot large enough to hold all ingredients. Blend in flour and seasonings. Gradually add milk, stirring until sauce thickens. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add cooked macaroni and mix. Pour into small loaf pan (8 1/2 by 4 1/2) that has been sprayed with Pam. Toss bread cumbs into melted butter and paprika.
