1 c. Reduced fat shredded Cheddar cheese

How Do I Make Tracy's Macaroni and Cheese?

Here is how you make Tracy's Macaroni and Cheese:

Bring a 2 qt. pot of water to a rapid boil. Add the macaroni shells and boil until al dente. Remove shells from stove and drain water from them. Using the same pot, bring the milk and butter to a boil over medium heat, stirring often. Add flour and salt to thicken after about 1-2 minutes. Add 1/4 c. cheddar cheese and stir until melted and incorporated. Remove from heat and stir in the macaroni shells. Pour into a prepared baking dish.
