Use your favorite food processing equipment (Ninja).Process spinach into small bits. I froze my own whole spinach, vacuum packed, about 2 cups fresh, about 1 cup when thawed. Turn garlic into a paste by adding some chicken and spinach with it in the processor.Place it all in a mixing bowl and add bread crumbs curry and salt. Mix well. Make balls using something between 1/4 cup and 1/3 cup. I used an egg separator(Lord knows if you can still find one of these.) A large melon ball scoop would do. This is sticky!Place into a large pot of almost ready simmering soup, carefully so it doesn't break. Cook until you are satisfied it's done; about 20 minutes.Serving Size:?12 large or 24 small
