Here is how you make Chocolate Raspberry Muffins:

Preheat oven to 375. Spray oil onto muffin tin. Combine and sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cocoa. Make a well in the center and add the melted butter, egg, milk and applesauce. Stir until well mixed. Add the raspberries and stir just until the berries are well-integrated. Spoon batter into each muffin tin. I ended up with enough for 13 muffins, but the recipe was designed for 12 muffins. Bake until dry and springy about 25 to 30 minutes.
