Here is how you make Quinoa w/ Zuchinni and Corn:

Boil quinoa in 2 cups of water for 12 minutes. Let sit for 15 minutes. Fluff with a fork and add to veggie mixture.While quinoa is cooking make veggie mixture by sauteing onion and garlic in olive oil for 5 minutes. Add zuchinni and corn and saute for 10-15 minutes until zuchinni is soft. Add quinoa and mix. Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle feta cheese on top.
