2 c chicken broth
1 c butternut squash cubes
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cinnamon
dash cayenne


How Do I Make Morrocan Couscous?

Here is how you make Morrocan Couscous:

Place chicken broth and butternut squash cubes in saucepan and bring to boil.Spray another large sauce pan with no stick spray and saute onions and peppers 3 minutes.Add couscous and spices and saute 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour boiling chicken broth and squash over couscous, cover, remove from heat and let steep for 7 minutes. Serve warm.
