-couple of cloves of garlic (more or less if you prefer)

-rosemary for seasoning (more or less if you prefer)


How Do I Make Easy "Green" Potatos?

Here is how you make Easy "Green" Potatos:

Peel potatoes and cut the potatoes to just bigger than bit size. Boil them until soft (or nearly soft). *This way you do not need to cook them in the oven as long.Once boiled place in an oven safe pan mix garlic (powder or finely chopped), rosemary, and evoo with the potatos. Bake for about 10 mintues. I like to make this recipe when I am also cooking some sort of meat dish in the oven, so I time it to be put in when I know the meat will need to come out in about 10-15 minutes.
