Here is how you make Easy Quiche Crust:

Makes one quiche crustPreheat oven to 375Spray pie pan with non-stick spray.Combine flours, flax meal, and oats with whisk in small bowl.Add melted butter and mix with fork to form dry lumpy mixture.SLOWLY add milk little at a time, stirring with wooden spoon. You may not need all the milk. Dough should stick together but not be "sticky". Press in to pan and up around edges. If dough is too sticky and will not "move" over pan easily-add more flour. If dough is too dry and crumby add more milk.Bake for 5-7 min, until it looks dry but does not brown.
